All new carts purchased will include a one-year manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise stated). This warranty will insure your cart repairs against any manufacturers defects, with the exception of items purchased with cart that carry their own manufacturers warranty. End-use purchaser will be responsible for registering these items, ie. Grill, Fridge, etc… These items are not manufactured by FRANKLY FOOD CARTS. In the event of a defect or incident, FRANKLY FOOD CARTS at it’s discretion may send customer replacement parts, hire a local contractor or may reimburse for said warrantable repair. FRANKLY FOOD CARTS will not guarantee payment for repairs unless previously authorized via email or in writing by FRANKLY FOOD CARTS prior to repair. Warranty is not extended on any cart that was damaged during shipping and accepted by customer. If covered occurrence requires extensive work, FRANKLY FOOD CARTS may choose to have the cart brought to our shop for repair if feasible to customer. Customer will be reimbursed pre-approved accommodations and related for travel expenses. This option will only be used if customer resides within a reasonable distance from FRANKLY HOT DOG CARTS warehouse/shop.


Warranty Disclaimer  – Thank you for your interest in the products and services of FRANKLY FOOD CARTS. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from ADI (the “Physical Goods”) by original purchaser only.


What does this limited lifetime warranty cover?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, FRANKLY FOOD CARTS will repair or replace, in our shop, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. If hot dog cart can not be brought to our shop, Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’ll provide instructions to you or whomever you choose to help you fix or repair the issue. FRANKLY FOOD CARTS will NOT pay for labor.

What will we do to correct problems?
FRANKLY FOOD CARTS will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. If not in our shop –  we will provide parts and instructions for replacement.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from FRANKLY FOOD CARTS is for the life of the original purchaser and  applies only to original purchaser.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: ● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.


Parts warranties:
All parts are warrantied for one year from the time of purchase. Warranty claims are made by emailing: Please include your original order number and a brief description of the problem. Include your phone number so that we may contact you before sending your part back for replacement.

You may also contact Robert at (206) 941-7455 about a warranty issue or a part malfunction. Once we determine that the part isn’t operational, we will issue you an RA (return authorization number) and you can ship the bad part back. At FRANKLY FOOD CARTS option we will either repair or replace the part and ship it back to you.
